Order, Delivery, and Refund Policy
At Anods Cocoa, we take great pride in crafting our products with care, using high-quality ingredients and meticulous processes to ensure excellence in every item. We are committed to customer satisfaction and guarantee that all products leave our facility in optimal condition. However, due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective, or in cases of personal taste preferences or mistaken orders.
Order Placement
You may place an order for any product available on www.vervishop.com by following the on-screen instructions after selecting the item of interest. Before confirming your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any input errors on the order summary page by clicking the “View Cart” button. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email from www.vervishop.com confirming that your order has been received.
All orders placed through www.vervishop.com are subject to availability and confirmation of the final price. www.vervishop.com reserves the right to notify you and decline any order if: (a) the requested product is out of stock or has been discontinued or incorrectly listed, or if there is an error in the advertised price; (b) there is an issue with payment authorization on your debit or credit card; or (c) any of the stated Terms and Conditions have been violated. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
Price & Payments
The prices of all products shall be as listed on our website and are subject to change from time to time, except in the event of an obvious error. Customers may choose between delivery or self-pickup from the Anods Chocolate Lounge, Mirihana outlet.
For delivery orders, full payment must be made via the online payment portal available on our website. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment has been received in full.
If the "Pick Up" option is selected, the order will be processed and reserved for collection at Anods Chocolate Lounge, Mirihana Outlet, following full payment via the online payment portal at www.vervishop.com. Customers must select a pickup date, and orders not collected on the chosen date will be cancelled after 48 hours.
All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by the respective card issuer. If authorization is declined, your order will not be accepted, and we shall not be held liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery, nor are we obligated to disclose the reason for the refusal. Additionally, we are not responsible for any charges imposed by your card issuer or bank in connection with the payment process. All transactions are processed securely via the WEBXPAY payment gateway.
Delivery
We are committed to delivering premium-quality chocolate products directly to your door while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. However, the delivery of items is subject to the availability of the products ordered and the specified delivery location.
Delivery times on our website are estimates only and not guaranteed. We aim to meet them, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Failure to do so may result in delays or unsuccessful deliveries, for which we cannot be held liable.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The customer received an incorrect product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The package was not delivered, as confirmed by the courier service.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Delivery could not be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, or if the customer was unreachable through the contact information supplied.
- The recipient refused to accept the delivered items or services.
A full refund (100% of the total payment, excluding any applicable bank or transaction charges) may be granted under the following circumstances:
- The order could not be delivered due to unforeseen and/or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.
- The requested product or service is unavailable at the time of processing.
How to Request a Refund
For damaged or incorrect item claims, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging. And please keep one format for telephone numbers, please (image attached). Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue to help us resolve your inquiry efficiently.
